Most items purchased from sellers listed on our website are returnable within the designated return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
Returns will be accepted only after ensuring the following
-The return is made within the designated return window
-The product is eligible for returns.
-The product is handed over for return without being damaged after receipt of the package
-The product for return is the same that was shipped to / received by the customer (in case of wrong items received by customer)
-The original packing, including the senders box/ Price Tags / User Manuals / Accessories etc are included in the return.
